Is the trail open in the winter?The 10.5 km bike trail is not open in the winter months. Fat biking utilizes another trail on the Hockley Valley Resort property. Fat Bikes are available for rent.

What level of experience should I have to ride?The trail is an intermediate/advanced effort. Riders should be physically fit to ride uphill, elevated terrain and uneven footing.

Where do I park?Parking for riders is located on the grass parking lot to the right (North Side) of the main resort entrance. Use caution when walking or riding your bikes to the Activity Centre to purchase your trail pass.

Are season trail passes available?Season passes are available.

Where do I purchase my trail pass and bike rental?Trail passes and bike rentals are available in the Pro Shop located at the base of the ski hill.

Is there a bike wash station?Yes, there is a wash station available beside the Activity Centre.

Is this a paid trail?Yes, this is a private, paid trail. Day passes and season passes are available.

Is there an age restriction to ride the BikeTrails@Hockley?No, all ages are permitted to ride the Bike Trails @ Hockley as long as riders have the skill and physical ability to perform the sport. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Is there an age restriction to rent bikes?You must be 13 years old to rent a bike. Bike and helmet rentals require a damage deposit.
